Once your order is placed, it is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased, including our shampoo, conditioner, and other hair care items.
Damages and Issues:
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us right away at support@fhair.in. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it.
Non-returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items such as shampoo, conditioner, and other hair care products, as well as any perishable goods or custom/personalized items.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Please note, even for shipments to the European Union, our No Refund, No Return, No Exchange policy applies and the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to our products.
