Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- We offer standard and expedited shipping methods for all orders.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Shipping Time: The shipping time will depend on the delivery location:
- Domestic (India): Typically, 5-10 business days.
- International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders vary based on the destination country. Generally, delivery can take between 7-21 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the destination. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- For orders over a certain amount, we may offer free shipping. This will be noted at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
- You can also log into your account to check the status of your order or contact us if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
International Shipping
- We do offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary by location.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order or the shipping costs at checkout.
- Delays: Please note that customs processing or international shipping regulations may cause delays in delivery times.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Some remote locations may not be eligible for certain shipping methods. If this is the case, we will notify you and suggest alternative options.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- In the rare event that your package is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@fhair.in. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged item, please take pictures of the damage and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to initiate a claim.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
- We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may need to cover the cost of reshipping the item.
